Korg
The company name Korg (コルグ) is an acronym from the surnames of the founders Katō and Osanai = KO, combined with the product with which the Tōkyō resident Company got big: electric organs. In the 1970s, the company produced the first Japanese synthesizers. Keyboards and effects units ensured international success. The company also manufactures guitars, basses and ukuleles. Since 1992 it has been using the brand name Vox for this purpose.
